Excellent customer service! Had the pleasure of dealing with a very nice guy named Dan. He was very knowledgeable, upfront and professional throughout the entire process. We had originally put a deposit down on an SUV and had a bit of an issue with financing. Without any problem at all they refunded our deposit no questions asked. We then straightened our financing and went back to complete the sale. We live in Hamilton and Dan delivered the car himself all the way from North York! Had a small issue with the headlight which turned out to be just a bulb and they took care of it without any pushback. Very refreshing to meet people like this especially in the used car sales game.
